If you’re experiencing an after hour or holiday maintenance emergency you can talk to a real person who will walk you through the situation and dispatch a trained technician if necessary.

Your password-protected portal allows you to view your payment history, print rent receipts, make service requests, and update your information anytime.

Save money on postage and never worry about lost or late mail. Sign up for one-time or recurring secure bank transfers with EChecks and no additional fees.

lease agreements

Our lease is prepared and approved by Utah’s finest and most respected law firms. The lease is designed to be upfront, fair, and transparent.

property inspections

We conduct an owner errand to inspect the property 3 to 4 times per year. We will provide at least a 24 hour notice via email.

quality repairs

Our vendors are prescreened to ensure they are knowledgeable, friendly, and will leave your property clean after a job is done.

security deposit protection

If your property is foreclosed on for any reason we guarantee the protection of your security deposit as long as we are managing the home. 

utility concierge

In most cities in our area we will establish your water/sewer/trash and have that bill included in your lease.
