When you enroll in the Eviction Protection Plan you can relax and let us handle everything, including one of the biggest risks that you may face: Eviction/Office/Legal Fees coupled with the loss of rent.
What is Covered?
Plan covers all attorney fees, court costs, court appearances, WPM court appearance fee and sheriff lock out charges. Maximum coverage is $1,200.00 per lease.
There are 3 Requirements
Regular inspections are important to identify maintenance issues before they progress. It’s also important to make sure that the rules of the lease are being honored. We perform 3 to 4 inspections per year based on your selection.
Long term contracts are scary so we’ve created a month to month agreement because we believe we should earn your business every day. The month to month term begins on the seventh month of occupied management.
If for any reason a tenant that we place in your property breaks their lease, we will re-rent your home to new tenants for free.

WPM guarantees that a tenant we place in your property will pay their rent, every month, or you pay nothing for our management services for that month.
Question: What if my tenants’ pet(s) caused damage?
Answer: WPM will pay.
Our 24/7 Maintenance Emergency Center is always open to protect your property around the clock. We have low, normal and urgent protocols to ensure cost control for our preferred vendors.
Yes, we have retained a legal team for you. Our lease agreement is reviewed and approved by the best in the business for the state of Utah. We operate in compliance with fair housing, Utah habitability, application screening guidelines and laws.
We provide you with secure online
access to monthly statements, and your communications portal. This is also where you can set your Epayment account for smooth and easy rent deposits.
We manage safe, well-maintained homes that attract good quality renters.
We oversee residential, single family homes as well as duplexes and small properties from 5 to 100 units.
