At
West Property Management, we are familiar with “Team Hill” and work hard to provide quality property management. One valuable tool we offer is an owner-approved maintenance account. The amount of money you keep in the account, as well as the frequency with which we contact you about repair issues, is flexible, depending on your preferences. Some owners like to be contacted about every maintenance issue, while others prefer to be contacted only for major items. If a necessary repair is under the amount in your maintenance account, we can take care of the issue and provide details on your statement. If a repair is more than this amount, we will contact you to discuss options and obtain approval. Because of the volume of our business, we are able to negotiate competitive prices. Our vendors are trained to save you money and will look for warranties when possible. West Property Management’s goal is to save you money and increase your bottom line.
