West Property Management knows and loves the Pleasant View area, and would love to offer you our services. One of the things we recommend is regular inspections to identify maintenance issues before they progress. A preventative maintenance survey is performed for a nominal fee (usually $30 to $45, depending on the property and services required). Some of the things we do as part of this service are check every room on the property for lease violations or damage, change filters and clean heating elements where applicable, inspect smoke detectors, check plumbing for leaks, caulk any areas that are not sealed properly, and identify any outstanding maintenance issues. We provide you with a detailed report that documents the property condition. We also document any pet damage or odor, and hold the tenant accountable. Tenants are given three days following the inspection to repair any damages found (including lawn care and other exterior maintenance issues). If they do not comply, we will line up the repair and bill the tenant. We are experienced homeowners, and we know what it takes to make the most of your investment. We are also an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.
