Washington Terrace is a city in Weber County, initially developed for World War II housing in 1942. After the war, federal funds, private investments, and proactive citizens enabled the project to develop into a permanent community. The population continued to grow over the years, and as of 2012, it was over 9,000. Washington Terrace is positioned between South Weber and South Ogden, east of Riverdale. Located just 8 minutes south of Ogden and 35 minutes north of Salt Lake, big-city cultural and recreational benefits are always close at hand. Higher education is available at Weber State University and Ogden-Weber Tech College.
Residents enjoy community events such as the annual Terrace Days Celebration in June, which includes a movie in the park, bike ride, parade, vendors, car show, baseball games, dog race, watermelon derby, games, live entertainment, and fireworks. Another community event is the annual Candy Cane Run with Santa, sponsored by the Washington Terrace Fire Department. Seniors enjoy wonderful opportunities for entertainment and recreation at the Washington Terrace Senior Center. Some of the activities include dancing, bingo, pedicures, Tai Chi, exercise classes, and more. The center serves lunch every weekday and also sponsors an annual Line Dancing Jamboree.

Each month we will collect payments from the tenant, via a trust account, and provide you with a detailed statement of all payments and expenses. After deducting our management fee and any authorized expenses, the remaining funds will be deposited directly into your bank account. In addition to emailing your statement to you, we will also post it online. Through your web portal, you will be able to access custom reports and previous statements at any time. Another benefit we offer is guaranteed rent payments. A tenant we place in your property will pay their rent every month or you pay nothing for our services that month. We also offer guaranteed lease performance. If, for any reason, a tenant that we place breaks his or her lease, we will re-rent your home for free.
